How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After shipment, Economy Shipping takes about 5-8 days and Standard Shipping about 3-5 days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Is free shipping available?
We do not currently offer free shipping. However, this may be added at some point. We apologize.
How can I get a tracking number for my order?
If your order has been shipped, we will add the tracking number to your order and notify you via the email address you entered when ordering.
How do I process a return or exchange?
You may request a return within 15 days after receiving your item. Email help@cleanovacar.com with your order number and the item you wish to return, and wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
