Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
Economy Shipping costs $4.99 and has an estimated transit time of 5–8 days after shipment.
Standard Shipping costs $6.99 and has an estimated transit time of 3–5 days after shipment.
Transit estimates begin after an order ships and do not include the 1–3 business days needed to process the order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Available shipping options and the final shipping charge for your order are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible at help@cleanovacar.com. Include your order number and any relevant details so we can look into the issue and help resolve it.
