The Coarse Abrasive Radial Wheel Brush is a 6-inch, 50-grit green bristle tool engineered for aggressive material removal. Made in the USA and designed to operate between 1,500 and 6,000 RPM, it features injection-molded bristles filled with a proprietary abrasive blend exclusive to Abrasive Brush Corporation. This formula delivers the highest material removal rates in the industry, backed by test data. The flexible bristles conform to uneven surfaces for consistent results when deburring, polishing, or blending. It’s also highly effective at removing rust, paint, gaskets, and built-up surface deposits. No extra compounds or pastes are needed - the abrasive is embedded throughout the brush for continuous cutting performance.
