The Dustopper PRO does not cause bucket collapse. Collapse occurs when vacuum pressure exceeds the strength of the collection bucket. Tools such as palm sanders often have narrow hoses or a crevice tool that restrict airflow, potentially allowing excessive vacuum pressure to develop. We recommend using a sturdy bucket like our Dustopper Bucket which is 90-mil thick designed to withstand vacuum pressure and maintaining adequate airflow through the system. Avoid operating the vacuum with airflow restricted, and stop the vacuum immediately if the bucket begins to deform.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After shipment, Economy Shipping takes about 5-8 days and Standard Shipping about 3-5 days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Is free shipping available?
We do not currently offer free shipping. However, this may be added at some point. We apologize.
How can I get a tracking number for my order?
If your order has been shipped, we will add the tracking number to your order and notify you via the email address you entered when ordering.
How do I process a return or exchange?
You may request a return within 15 days after receiving your item. Email help@cleanovacar.com with your order number and the item you wish to return, and wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
